How does the education sector fit in to your immediate and longterm mission/vision as a company? It seems as though you are geared toward the business sector exclusively, yet many educators (myself included) have turned to your platform to facilitate online learning and staying connected with students as well as colleagues for both social and educational support. We appreciate the ability to do this, but wonder if you will continue to allow and even perhaps develop the education side.

This is the first recession my company will live through. With your experience you must have helped lead your team through the 2008 nightmare. What advice do you have for how to set ourselves up for success for when COVID isn't our biggest problem, but the resulting economy is?

As a software review site, you must be seeing a lot of people coming to your website right now. What are people searching for the most? Any surprises?

Since collaboration is necessary in all times, now due the distance and hesitation, the human interaction and open_ness is under pressure.
A roadmap with possibe collaboration tools (like the cusumers tests) can guide the less experienced remote workers to collaborate.
Are there any?
I have just received structure of this kind how and where can `I share it. The tools (programs) are left out. Can you of members of the G2 dreamteam join me filling it in?

Is there a software company that has everything (or close to everything) needed to help, say a small furniture store, go paperless? Includes marketing, bookkeeping, scheduling, and off-site visits for service team members?

Choosing on tools with respect of the pogram of demands.... is the thing.
A list of pro's nd contra's as well as do's and don'ts will facilitate teamdiscussions and hopefully end them quickly and bring the to a practical solution.
How does your team deal with this?
And others?

Have you heard about 5G? Is it real and did the government sign this into order to put 5G into the schoools and other various places??
Answered: Sharon Nelson on April 9, 2020
Hi Michael,
I want to start off with complimenting you. This is a great initiative and in such times of crisis, I truly appreciate this effort.
I have 2 major problem questions I'm trying to solve.
1. How do I have a workflow set in Slack in conjunction with Jira where when a team member places a request in Slack, the workflow automatically creates a Jira ticket?
2. How can I create a Gnatt chart view in Google Sheets. The source data should be a workflow from Jira. The start date and end date on the Jira epics are the dates for Gnatt Chart view.
Hoping I can get these answered or to be pointed in the right direction to work with someone who has these problems solved.
Thank you,
Jhanjhri (JJ)

At any point in time it is more than helpful to have technology and skills ready to substitute your current setting in order to continue business professionally.
It has never been so easy with OpenSource, virtualization, apiHubs...
Printing has dual machine set ups, space and air vessels have quadruple setups, power plants and hospitals... (Swiss Cheese hole principle of redundant security)

What advice do you have for people trying to lead a team through this time? I want to make sure everyone is staying productive and on top of things, but also want to leave space for the anxiety that is top of everyone's mind right now.

How do we evaluate and commit to a software during a time that could be very different in 2 months. We have been looking at a couple different tools and want to go all in on them, but also want to be cost effective in the understanding that we might not have to be remote from each other for longer than a couple months.
