I lost almost $140,000, to this unfortunate brokers, there a friend referred me to a recovery firm that got me 90% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $140,000, to this unfortunate brokers, there a friend referred me to a recovery firm that got me 90% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. Recovering an already lost trades or investment and transactions is not an easy process but it’s a sure one. Usually I don’t write these kind of reviews but this time I just want to protect people from future scam… because these croocks aren’t going to stop I know it for sure. first time they have contacted me I invested 1000€ they said they will be able to make more than 100% profit per month it was of course hard to believe but I had free money and decided to try it out (Because I thought I can withdraw it back whenever I want anyways) well after I invested they have traded on my account and as promised were making more than 100% gain per month (Only now I understand that it all was fake platform and fake profit) anyways after some month they proposed me to invest a very big amount of money just for 1 month to make 100% gain and then withdraw so I believed them and put in 15000 EURO. I have participated in four Zoom meetings. Each time I am prompted afterwards to submit a review. I tried to review each time from the point of view of a participant. Recently as I started to review the recent session, I found I was being asked to update a review I made for a completely different meeting. I think a lot of us use Zoom for multiple types of meetings. That review process has WAY TOO MANY questions. Take a look at Survey Monkey examples to create your questionnaire. You need to be much more concise. There is also one question in your review just does not work. It asks for what type of business was the recent meeting. It would not let me type in anything with my own description and it only displayed a dropdown with two options starting with A like the start of an alphabetical list. But I could not see any other part of the list. Each time I participate in a meeting, afterwards I am prompted to review. I like Zoom and I wanted to leave favorable feedback as a participant. Because I have had some breaks in the video and audio transmission during sessions, I wanted to report that. I could not express that type concern in the review. My final concern is that after tangling with the long review and finding I was revising a review I had previously submitted for a different type meeting, I received an email that my review was not accepted. It told me I must provide my business website address to be able to submit a review. Why then was I asked to fill out a review? Obviously that was for the host of the meeting and not one of the participants. I should never have been prompted to review the session!

A Zoom administrator, and sometimes a meeting organizer, can set whether Zoom asks for a call quality review after the call. Options I saw were "never, randomly and always". As our company's Zoom administrator I have set it to "randomly", because I like to get some data on how the system works for everyone, but at the same time I do not want to fatigue or annoy my users. I suggest you talk to your Zoom administrator and/or meeting organizers, and ask them to dial back the setting.

I use zoom due to the current quarantine situation, work meetings have increased, with zoom we can perform our activities in a more normal and simple way, zoom has good connectivity and simple and sufficient tools for its development

Tamara, first of all thank you for starting this discussion! I’m certain your voice echos that of many, and you express your concerns and questions very well. As a product manager at G2, I have some influence on how our reviews are designed and built, and I’m sharing your insights with the team. I think the root of the confusion may be that when you finish a meeting on Zoom, your experience of that particular meeting is top-of-mind, and if you’re asked to write a review after each meeting, it implies you should review each meeting experience. However, when you reach G2.com to write a review, we’re actually asking for your insights about Zoom as a product (not each meeting). This explains why after writing your initial review of Zoom (as a product), you end up “editing” your previous review each subsequent time you return. We’re definitely thinking more about ways we can make the “editing/updating” view clearer to minimize that confusion. We ask so many questions because we want to get the best insights about each product from the people who actually have used it. Your voice is extremely important for others who might consider using Zoom. We currently require that reviewers login with either LinkedIn, an email address that is tied to a business, or a business email managed by Google. If you login with one of those methods, you should be able to submit your review. I hope this helps with some of the confusion, and I’m thankful you shared your experience. I know it will help us improve G2.com and hopefully impact Zoom’s future review asks. If you have further feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

If you have a suggestion that asks for a change in Zoom, I would ask it via the support forum on Zoom.us, which I've been very impressed by in the past. The link bewtween Zoom and G2, not so sure, but I can see value in monitoring feedback about a sesion linked to stats for that session. There is a clear message, though, that Zoom values feedback, which isn't too common.
