First, Front is not a CRM. It's a communication tool. I do not advise Front to be used as a CRM. However, I do recommend Front as a communication tool. It is the best product out there that allows teams to work within the same inbound channels such as email accounts that need to be management by more than one person. It's a great solution to put all your communication in one piece of software.

Question on: Freshdesk
How can Integrate FreashDesk with Zoho BooksWe use Zoho Books to charge our clients for tickets we closed. Currently we have to manually recreate tasks in Zoho Books which were closed in FreshDesk. It will be nice if Closed task from FreshDesk can automatically be added to Zoho Books Time Sheets.

You can use Zapier to connect the systems.
For example, create a Zap that is triggered by a ticket update in Freshdesk. When the ticket is 'closed' to then create an item or invoice in Zoho books.
This will be classed as a multi-step zap so you won't be able to use the free version of Zapier, the cheapest plan that allows multi-step Zaps is $19.99p/m

Question on: Front
How can I recall a message back?I haven't found a way to recall messages in Front. I've seen their is a timing after you send it but once send I don't think there is a way to call it back

Front does not currently have the functionality to recall an email. I believe Microsoft outlook products do have this functionality. However, take it with a grain of salt because it doesn't really do what they say it will do. Some emails simply can't be called back. When a recipient downloads an email to their device, in most instances, this functionality cannot control this OR "undo" this download. It's simply a false feeling that you have done some damage control.
