# What is the best way to use the boards in conjunction with asana? or can we import asana tasks into boards somehow?

We currently use asana for tasks but it really doesn't integrate well with  google and gmail in particular.  Would love to be more gmail based as that is where so much of our work is based.  

Is there a way of linking the two - ideally so we can transition away from asana and just use gmelius in the long run?

The good news is that our dev team is hard at work developing key integrations, and Asana is one of them! At that point, you will be able to manage all your Asana tasks and projects directly from your Gmail account. And vice-versa, your inbox activity from Asana.
