Hi Makisha, I am Pratibha from the Product team at Hiver. As of now, there's no way to show Pending conversations assigned to you in your Inbox. But I would really like to understand your use-case here. 1. Is it important for you to view pending conversations in Inbox because you want all your actionable items (i.e assigned to you & your personal emails) in one place? 2. Or is it so that you can reply to these pending conversations from your Gmail mobile app while you’re away from the desktop? Please let me know.
