I’m trying to figure out which RPA tools mid-sized companies can actually depend on, especially when the goal is to automate repetitive work without ending up with something too complex or too expensive to manage. 

A few I’ve been looking at:

UiPath: seems like a strong option if reliability and broader automation capabilities matter most.

Microsoft Power Automate: looks appealing if you want something more accessible, especially for mid-sized teams already using Microsoft tools.

Automation Anywhere:  keeps coming up as a solid enterprise-grade platform, but I’m curious how it feels for companies that are big enough to need RPA but not huge.

Robocorp: looks interesting from a flexibility and cost angle for teams that want something a little less traditional.

For a mid-sized company dealing with real workflows and leaner teams, which of these has felt the most reliable once automations are live and need regular upkeep?
