Flowfetti
Flowfetti is class planning and invoicing software for people who teach classes: Pilates, yoga and fitness instructors, music teachers, tutors, and coaches. It is made for one person with a timetable, not a studio with a front desk. Most software for instructors is built around bookings and front-desk management. Flowfetti looks after the work that surrounds the class itself: planning it, teaching it, and getting paid for it. Class planning. Set up your class formats once and keep a library of the activities you already teach. Flowfetti builds a fresh class plan from your own library in one tap, so you never start from a blank page. Formats can be customised for any discipline, from Reformer Pilates and Vinyasa flow to music lessons, tutoring sessions, and group workshops. Teach Mode. Teach Mode runs the class with you. It keeps time for every section, shows your notes for the current activity, and keeps your screen awake, so you can teach without watching the clock. Invoicing. Flowfetti creates invoices set up for your country, including Australian tax invoices with ABN and GST, and sends them to the studios and clients you teach for. On the Pro plan, invoices go out on a schedule, overdue reminders follow up politely, and clients can pay online by card. Every invoice can be exported for tax time as a CSV or PDF. Showing your value. A printable Value Report sums up the classes you delivered, the preparation behind them, and the students you reached. On Pro, class plans can be emailed to you and your students before class, and students can leave private feedback afterwards. Flowfetti is a web app that works on phone, tablet, and computer, and can be added to a phone's home screen. It includes two-step verification and data export. Flowfetti was built in Sydney, Australia by a working Pilates and Yin yoga instructor for her own teaching.
