I wish that apps such as these which are complicated to the average non-marketer user be more user friendly so we can maximize its features and functions. Without knowing much about them all the features seem useless to me

Hi Madhu, Thanks for your question - By far, the most anticipated and exciting feature of v10 is Enhanced Native Mobile Replay. This gives customers high-fidelity, video-like replay for native mobile applications - complete with fully controllable privacy / security masking. A close second, though, is our easy connection to Acoustic Exchange. Formerly known as Universal Behavior Exchange, Acoustic Exchange provides a simple, standardized integration between Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) and an almost limitless set of endpoints. Customers can now publish virtually any event from Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) to any other endpoint they use. Finally, our complete revamp of the user interface, including the underlying UI technology, has been long awaited by these same customers. What devices does UserIQ work on?

It can also be used for mobile apps using their mobile SDK.
