How can we download a list of all our usernames and passwords?
Hello,
The "Export" feature is located under RoboForm Account&Data settings. Please keep in mind that company administrator must first enable this feature for users before you are able to see and use it. Thank you.

In the Roboform Business dashboard, you can view the usernames. Passwords of individual users are not displayed to third parties as far as I know, but can be viewed and changed by any individual user at any time.

It depends on what you want to do with it. If you install it as a private person, the simple variant is completely sufficient. If you install it as a small business or for a large company, I recommend the business version for security and administrative reasons.
