Connections require an externally reachable server address. For a server behind NAT, external SSH access must be configured; a private local network address alone will not work. A Free plan is available for trying the core workflow. Cloud Terminal and additional capacity are offered through eligible paid plans. The public website includes plan details, documentation and a video presentation, so users can review the workflow before choosing a plan.
