[What's the best marketing analytics software for executives who need fast-loading dashboards without waiting on a data team?](/discussions/what-s-the-best-marketing-analytics-software-for-executives-who-need-fast-loading-dashboards-without-waiting-on-a-data-team)

Hey G2 community,

I want to start a discussion with experts in the marketing analytics software space on G2. What's the best marketing analytics software for executives who need fast-loading dashboards without waiting on a data team? I've been digging into this because most "executive dashboards" still depend on someone building or maintaining them behind the scenes, which defeats the purpose entirely.

In reviewing options in the [Marketing Analytics Software](https://www.g2.com/categories/marketing-analytics) category, three tools consistently come up when speed and self-serve access are the deciding factors: HubSpot Marketing Hub, Databox, and AgencyAnalytics.

Here's a complete picture:

1. [**HubSpot Marketing Hub**](https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-marketing-hub/reviews): Comes with pre-built dashboards tied directly to CRM and campaign data, so executives can pull up pipeline and channel performance without anyone setting up a custom report. Reviewers describe it as one of the few tools where the out-of-the-box views are actually good enough to share with leadership without modification.
2. [**Databox**](https://www.g2.com/products/databox/reviews): Focuses specifically on aggregating data from multiple sources into clean, fast-loading dashboards that update on a schedule the team controls. Reviewers highlight the mobile-first design as a genuine advantage when executives want to check numbers between meetings rather than waiting for a weekly report.
3. [**AgencyAnalytics**](https://www.g2.com/products/agencyanalytics/reviews): Designed around fast reporting cycles where dashboards need to be ready for a client or an exec with minimal manual work. Reviewers in agency settings describe it as the tool that eliminated most of their reporting prep time because the templates are close enough to production-ready.
4. [**Looker**](https://www.g2.com/products/looker/reviews): More flexible than the others but more setup-dependent. Once the data models are configured, it supports high-performance dashboards that can answer questions executives didn't know to ask. The trade-off reviewers consistently name is that getting there requires real investment upfront.
5. [**Google BigQuery**](https://www.g2.com/products/google-bigquery/reviews): Acts as a fast backend for querying large datasets, often paired with a visualization layer. Reviewers use it when the volume of marketing data is too large for a standard dashboard tool, but it's not a standalone answer to the exec access problem without something built on top of it.

Where does dashboard speed usually break down in your setup? Is it the tool itself, or the data pipeline feeding it?

I've seen the "executive self-serve dashboards" pitch from basically every tool in this space and someone always still has to build and maintain them behind the scenes. Has anyone actually found one where the out-of-the-box views are good enough that nobody touches them post-setup?

Question on: Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform
[How can I grow my ecommerce sales through SMS marketing?](/discussions/how-can-i-grow-my-ecommerce-sales-through-sms-marketing)

SMS marketing works best for ecommerce when it runs alongside your email program rather than replacing it. Texts see a 98% open rate and most are read within minutes, making it the right channel for urgency while email handles the full story and relationship building. Start With These Three Campaigns: Abandoned cart is the best place to begin. Trigger a reminder text within one to two hours of abandonment with a direct cart link, and follow up 12 to 24 hours later with a small incentive like free shipping. Flash sale alerts sent to opted-in subscribers with a clear offer, expiry time, and promo code drive fast traffic and build loyalty over time. Post-purchase follow-ups complete the sequence by sending an order confirmation immediately and a review request or product suggestion three to seven days after delivery. A Few Things to Keep in Mind: Keep your texts focused with one clear offer, one link, and a reason why it matters right now. Personalization goes a long way toward keeping subscribers engaged. On the compliance side, customers must actively opt in, promotional texts are restricted to 8am to 9pm in the recipient's local time zone, and every message needs an opt-out option. What are you currently using for ecommerce SMS and what gap are you trying to close? Drop your questions in the comments and we're happy to help. Additional Resources: https://bit.ly/4uCPrVN

You can grow your ecommerce sales with SMS by using it alongside email for timely, high-impact messages like abandoned cart reminders, flash sales, and post‑purchase follow‑ups. Keep messages short with one clear offer and link, personalize them, and ensure customers have opted in while following proper timing and opt‑out rules.
