How does Radware load balancer work?

Radware load balancer working in two mode one is reverse proxy mode or ONE-ARM mode and 2nd is Transparent mode or TWO-ARM method. it's mainly working in full proxy mode where two session were established one is from client to radware alteon(front-end) VIP and then radwrae alteon to real backend server. It will distribute the traffic among the backend server as per there load balancing algorithm such as : round robin, least connection, cookies based, weighted method, hash method.
