Working with an IBM consulting provider can reduce the hassles associated with a major software deployment, overcome staffing challenges, and help teams to get ramped up faster and maximize their results when using the tools.

IBM implementers and consulting partners can include companies of varying sizes, ranging from individual consultants to larger, global consulting firms. Additionally, these partners can have expertise in one or a multitude of IBM’s products (e.g., IBM Cloud, IBM Puresystems, etc.) and industries (e.g., automotive, banking, etc.). To become a certified IBM consulting partner, a company must first sign an IBM ESA contract. Each IBM consulting partner must enroll in the IBM Business Partner Program. Partners can demonstrate their expertise by keeping their profiles current, creating case studies, and showcasing successful consulting projects.

To qualify for inclusion in the IBM Consulting Services category, a services provider must:
