Reporting courses from iLearn and all the Bridge content are outdated. As a practitioner, I find that it's more helpful for the Reporting rep to give me details on how they run and help clients with a report for Learning tips and tricks. Also having experienced the Pro Summit I realize that if The Bridge offered chats like that - to ADP Pros that can assist as we work through our kinks - it would vastly assist professionals to build confidence and usability in how we handle our day to day businesses and tasks
