Question on: Reply
What is an multichannel sequence in Reply? How does it look?
The multichannel sequences feature is designed to automate various sales communication channels – automated or manual emails, voice calls, social touches, meetings or simply ‘To Do’ tasks.
Sequences are a repeatable number of steps over different communication channels with delays between each step. Move your contacts via integrations, API, Zapier, or manually drop them into a sequence. Each contact will go through the same process and will be contacted at the right time via different channels as defined in your sales playbook.
Multichannel sequences eliminate daily work hassles for every customer-facing role: SDRs, Sales Reps, Recruiters, Account Execs and, Customer Success. Reply will send emails for you, schedule calls and provide voice capabilities, help to nail messaging, analyze your results (and your team’s) and help to improve them.

Question on: Reply
How does Reply make my emails 100% personal?
Emails sent with Reply look as if you typed them manually for each contact:
You create an email in a plain text mode, which doesn’t look like a commercial email
Reply offers multiple variables, like , , , and more. You can also create an unlimited number of custom variables.
For more personalization, you can change particular emails for specific prospects in the ‘Preview’ tab before launching a campaign.
Instead of adding a mandatory opt-out link, you can insert an opt-out text line at the end on an email, such as ‘P.S. Let me know if you are not interested’. It is absolutely compliant with legislation such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM and feels much more personal.

Question on: Reply
How does Reply differ from MailChimp or other email marketing software?
Email marketing tools help marketers send a commercial message to a group of people via email. Reply helps sales teams automate multichannel communication – emails, follow-ups, voice, tasks and social touches with prospects at scale to accelerate sales.
At Reply, emails are sent directly from the user’s personal business email account and look 100% manually typed; they always end up in the Primary folder. Reply connects to your email provider via SMTP/IMAP.
Using Reply, sales reps respond to new leads within seconds, interact with prospects more consistently, generate more qualified sales opportunities, and close more deals.
