Email Template Builder Software Resources

Why do contacts/customers in my Shopify store sometimes appear in Abandoned Checkouts more than once, sometimes even getting automated emails after checking out and purchasing a product (using the same email address), and how can I ensure Klayivo does not send these emails if they have purchased?

There is a pop up which keeps telling me that my Facebook isn't connected to Klaviyo but I have checked this several times and it is connected. But the pop up remains. It is rather annoying.

I had it set up but it was never firing. Did not recover one abandoned cart, even though my integration seemed complete (automations worked for other triggers).
