Why do contacts/customers in my Shopify store sometimes appear in Abandoned Checkouts more than once, sometimes even getting automated emails after checking out and purchasing a product (using the same email address), and how can I ensure Klayivo does not send these emails if they have purchased?

as a security measure you could look to add into the cart flow a rule that excludes people that have purchased within the last 3 months or a suitable time so as to not impede on future purchasers.
