For the latter, we have a number of integrations with major ecommerce platforms to sync contact data and other data in real-time. For the former, we have some direct integrations but also you can use third-party tools like Zapier and IFTTT to connect Constant Contact with those POS systems.

I use the workflow in zoho. you can have it auto respond by email or if you have a program like kixie you can set it up to auto respond by text.
