# I would like to know where the unsubscribe feedback 'HEADER' comes from.

I have four unsubscribes with a reason of 'HEADER' and have no idea what that means or where it comes from.

Donna,

most email providers now have a default “Unsubscribe” button next to the email title. It’s a built-in feature that allows your recipients to unsubscribe without having to open the email and search for the unsubscribe link. When someone unsubscribes using this option, you’ll see the “Header” feedback. It means it was done through the email client used by the subscriber rather than the unsubscribe link in your campaign.

Thank you!
