How it works

Navix Health

Navix Health replaces the five systems a treatment facility runs on with one platform: EMR, admissions CRM, revenue cycle management, AI documentation and compliance auditing in a single login. It is built only for behavioral health treatment facilities, from medical detox and residential through PHP, IOP, outpatient and sober living. It is not a therapist practice tool and it is not a general medical EMR. Navix AI ships 22+ named agents inside the chart, including NavixScribe for individual and group notes, a VOB agent that verifies benefits the moment an inquiry arrives, and an Authorizations Assistant that drafts utilization review reports from chart data. AI usage is included under an allowance sized to normal facility volume. Navix Compliance checks every chart every night against Joint Commission, CARF, state licensure and payer contract requirements, scores each program and location, and flags gaps before a survey or an audit finds them. Pricing is published and tiered by Average Daily Census, starting at $650 per facility per month. Implementation runs one to eight weeks with data migration from the previous EMR. Navix is HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 and SOC 2 compliant and ONC Health IT certified.
