Demo automation has emerged in recent years due to the emphasis on buyer enablement and reducing friction in the buying process. G2 recently launched its new Demo Automation category, which falls under the Presales parent category. This category was created to showcase the growing market of solutions that automate the creation and distribution of demos, allowing prospects to experience a product earlier in the buying process.

[What’s the Most User-Friendly Demo Automation Software for Sales Teams?](/discussions/what-s-the-most-user-friendly-demo-automation-software-for-sales-teams)

Hey folks,

We’re currently evaluating demo automation tools that are intuitive enough for sales teams to create and share without needing design or dev support. The goal is to build interactive, self-guided demos that can be integrated into outbound emails, websites, or follow-ups without the learning curve of a full-blown video editor or slide deck tool.

Here are five platforms I’ve been checking out based on [G2’s demo automation category](https://www.g2.com/categories/demo-automation). Curious to hear if any of you have experience with these, or alternatives that keep it simple but effective:

- [**Arcade**](https://www.g2.com/products/arcade-software-arcade/reviews)

Arcade stands out for its modern, lightweight UI and ease of use. It's a favorite among early-stage teams who want to turn product workflows into shareable “arcs” (click-through stories). If your reps want to get a demo out the door in 15 minutes, this might be a good pick. It’s also very embed-friendly and plays well in newsletters, websites, and even LinkedIn posts.

- [**Consensus**](https://www.g2.com/products/consensus/reviews)

Consensus is built more for scaling sales—especially if you're in a technical or B2B SaaS space. It uses interactive video demos and personalization to guide buyers based on their role or interests. It’s not as beginner-focused as others, but if you're aligning with multiple stakeholders and want analytics to back your approach, this is worth exploring.

- [**Storylane**](https://www.g2.com/products/storylane/reviews)

Storylane is a popular mid-market solution. It gives a lot of control over the flow and logic of your demos, and integrates with CRMs and marketing tools. Sales teams like it because they can spin up demos fast without looping in product or design—plus, it offers great segmentation features for ABM campaigns.

- [**Navattic**](https://www.g2.com/products/navattic/reviews)

Navattic keeps things no-code and intuitive, and focuses on letting prospects try the product without needing to book a call. Their editor is clean, and they support branching logic for more customized experiences. If you're leaning toward product-led sales and want to reduce friction for leads, this one’s definitely worth a look.

- [**Supademo**](https://www.g2.com/products/supademo/reviews)

Supademo has a minimal learning curve and is ideal for fast-paced teams. You can record flows and turn them into click-through demos in minutes. What’s nice is how easy it is to annotate and guide users through each step—great for both sales outreach and onboarding. It may not have the depth of others, but it nails speed and simplicity.

For those of you running demo-driven sales motions, what’s been your favorite tool for keeping things easy, fast, and effective? Have you tried any of these or something else entirely? Would love to learn from your wins (or regrets).

I am also curious to know if you have used any free offerings in this category?: [https://www.g2.com/categories/demo-automation/free](https://www.g2.com/categories/demo-automation/free)

Question on: Omedym
[What are the benefits and challenges of using Omedym for product education, and what features do you find most useful?](/discussions/what-are-the-benefits-and-challenges-of-using-omedym-for-product-education-and-what-features-do-you-find-most-useful)

What are the benefits and challenges of using Omedym for product education, and what features do you find most useful?

Omedym has full search capabilities of Video and Documents. This is a HUGE advantage in that the visitor can search for whatever is important to them and it will bring them to the place in the video or the page in the document where that is discussed. You do not need to carve up your videos into 2 minute snippets - you simply can load the content and your visitors can find what is important to them. This helps the visitors get answers to their questions. It also gives your team all the insight of who is looking and searching and watching /reading what.

Question on: Consensus
[What is Consensus used for?](/discussions/what-is-consensus-used-for)

What is Consensus used for?

Consenesus is used for giving buyers the demos they need without waiting for sales engineers to hop on a live calls. Sales sends presales demos on demand and gives buyers a look at your product with interactive videos and tours. Sellers use the analytics they get from Consensus to make live calls more effective and more consultative. This helps buyers make decisions faster and gives sales engineers valuable time back to impact revenue generation in meaningful ways.
