Question on: Osano
How do I show the dialog box in my website?
Currently Im only seeing the the options for osano consent in my website but I dont see the box dialog / banner that should appear first. I have deleted all the cookies but still, anything is showing. As it says in the documents should only have osano.js, right? Or should I have something else?
Hi Andre,
It seems like you are asking a technical support question here on G2.
We would be happy to support you through our helpdesk. Please log in to https://my.osano.com and click the "?" icon in the top right corner of the screen. Our team will get back to you quickly there and we would be happy to support you in your implementation.
Hello, I've already resolved the issue. Thanks.
I asked it here because when I was reviewing there was an option to "ask any question to the staff"...that question ended up in here (didnt know that :D ) and at the moment of reviewing I was having this problem that is now resolved.

Question on: Egnyte
Can there be an offline version of Egnyte?
An offline space where we can simply move our documents even when we are working offline and then it gets automatically synced and shared with the audience marked for the folder.
Yes. Egnyte offers offline sync and another modality where files only sync when you interact with them.
Hope this helps!
-Dan
Check out the desktop sync Egnyte app. Make sure to be selective about which folders you sync.

Question on: KeenCorp
What happens with the outcomes of the measurement?
Results will become part of the regular management information dashboard, and are shared with you just as other parts of our dashboard are shared.
The management team can pre-define certain thresholds at the software to function as an “early warning system” which will alarm management whenever the KeenCorp Index has exceeded these so timely action can be taken.
Within a stable business context without specific planned events which may affect employee engagement, when the KeenCorp Index drops during short intervals (< 1 month) there is usually no reason for concern or need for action. However, if it keeps dropping during a period of a month or longer, it is relevant to find out the reason behind the drop and management needs to act on it.
When the EBI drops/declines significantly there are two basic options:
1. The cause of this change is clear, so immediate action can be taken. The cause is clear when something has happened that is bound to have an impact on the mood, like for example a financial crisis, people are leaving the organization, illness, accidents, internal or external pressure, unmanageable situations.
2. The cause is not yet clear, further assessment is needed before action can take place, but in general solutions are expected to be manageable from within the organization. An assessment can be conducted via team interviews, organizing workshops (e.g. Engagement Canvas) or organizing management and team meetings with engagement and its drivers as main topic.
Remediation will depend on specific situations, but will always directly or indirectly address the main engagement drivers listed under “what causes variations in the KeenCorp Index?”
