In term of HR, how much labor force reduction can the tools from MobileMonkey bring you?
It depends on how you apply it. Some messaging can be stand-alone eg. we make menu downloads, links to common questions like specials of the week etc for some clients.
Other client we use it to collect one or two bits of contact info before a human becomes involved.
I don't think I would frame MM as a way to reduce labour, but a way to improve customer service and increase lead generation because the more we use it, the more ways we find to better serve customers, grow our sales funnel etc.

I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. Yes, you can enter in specific email addresses or even company domains for the people you want to be able to view your video. If someone who does not have access to your video gets their hands on the link to the video, they need to request permission to view it. Think of this functionality like the google doc sharing permissions - works the same way.
