Recovering an already lost trades or investment and transactions is not an easy process but it’s a sure one.

Can you add a feature that lets users customize the notification sound for different inboxes?
Some inboxes are prioritized and having a unique notification sound for certain inboxes for customers' chats and emails will help a lot with being more responsive to this group of people.

I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. Hi Matheus, you can tag multiple users at once by importing a CSV file as you have mentioned, but this only allows you to tag them in bulk, not add different tags to each users. For more guidance and tips I'd suggest asking our community at forum.intercom.com :)
