Question on: CallRail
What CRMs are you all integrating with Call Rail?
We use pipedrive, but we use the zapier integration. We find it to be a very complete API of available options. Highly recommend trying zapier to integrate with whatever CRM you are trying.

Hi Rastko, thanks for your question! SalesLoft is able to integrate with CRMs and we do have some customers that use SalesLoft without using any CRM.
We are working on actively developing AI as part of our product strategy, and we do utilize both automation and classification to help our reps sell more efficiently.

Hey Rastko,
That's exactly how I currently utilize SalesLoft. We have a CRM, but it's a tack-on module to our ERP and is very limited in its capability. Having to choose between upgrading our CRM or adding an SEP, I choose to add SalesLoft as the SEP since it would provide significant efficiency tools for my sales team. I've had to find some creative workarounds occasionally but after a year, I don't regret the decision one bit.
SalesLoft provides enough of the CRM capability for us and all of the SEP functionality we need. One CRM function we manage in another system is pipeline value but Salesloft acquired Costello this last year and added the "Deals" tab for opportunity management. This will likely fulfill the last functionality need we have for a while, but I haven't trialed it yet.
