How do I not appear in junk email through Showpad?
I have popped up in junk mail when I have shared content. Not often, but I want to ensure all of my emails go through.

Hi David, thanks for reaching out with this important topic! There are 2 important recommendations that we can make for such cases.
Firstly, make sure to always use an email body and not send out empty shares. Empty Share emails can look suspicious to the stronger spam filters because they only contain a link.
To make it easier to implement this, you can set a default email body.
Secondly, you can ask your Showpad Admin to work with IT on setting up a sender domain within Showpad. By default, shares are sent out from our "share@showpad.com" email address. By allowing Showpad to send Shares from your domain, these emails can be sent out from your own email address which will make it less likely that the emails end up in the Spam folder. This takes a small IT effort from your side, but we can also help through the process.

How likely are you to continue using Outgrows products as you see your company grow over the years?
Is upgrading to larger plans necessary are there enough success stories to benefit not just paying a developer to custom build you a product for your website that does what you require or is the support and pricing with outgrow more beneficial.

The company will certainly keep on improving and its pace with the latest technical advances is phenomenal. The scalability and flexibility is inspiring and it is constantly increasing the features without compromising on the performance. With time, I am very sure that the ease of use and some other areas will also be worked upon and it will emerge as a top performer in its category.
