Hello Sarah, I'm happy to confirm that you can have a personalized signature even when using Showpad's app, and not just when sharing through the Outlook Plugin. You can access email signature from iOS, Android, or the Web app, and deliver a more authentic and personalized message when sharing content with prospects. Prospects can access your contact information from within the shared content viewer. Using an email signature makes Showpad’s sharing experience similar to a classic email system. While there are some limitations, it should still be possible to get very close to what you have configured in Outlook in terms of email signature. Since I don't know on what platform you are currently running Showpad on, I would recommend having a look at this Help Center article - https://help.showpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011477434 - which will guide you step-by-step on how to set it up, depending on your platform of choice. Hi Jessica, It’s great that you are leveraging Showpad to upload your own content. We need a bit more context to understand your workflow. It might be that you’re using our Showpad Edit or Office365 integration, which allows editing straight from within Showpad and My Files. Or perhaps you are copying a presentation over from what your Showpad admin has uploaded? In any case, as a general best practice, you don’t need to save the PPT as a PDF before uploading to My Files. Showpad will automatically convert the PPT to a PDF after uploading the file. Then, to add the content to your Collection, you can choose between adding the Entire Document or Select Pages. This should make it easier for you to move only certain parts of the files around or to completely leave out other pages.
