I’m evaluating [**AI chatbot tools**](https://www.g2.com/categories/ai-chatbots)&nbsp;with strong analytics capabilities. Beyond automating conversations, the real value comes from understanding how those interactions perform, whether that’s tracking engagement, identifying drop-off points, or measuring the impact on customer experience and sales outcomes. Here are a few platforms I’ve come across:

- [**ChatGPT**](https://www.g2.com/products/chatgpt/reviews) **:** Typically embedded into other platforms, with analytics provided through custom dashboards. Curious which reporting layers teams find most effective when using it for customer interactions.
- [**Gemini**](https://www.g2.com/products/google-gemini/reviews): Google’s AI model that tracks usage and performance in chatbot setups. The key question is whether its analytics reveal deeper insights like intent and sentiment, or stop at surface-level metrics.
- [**Sobot Omnichannel Suite**](https://www.g2.com/products/sobot-omnichannel-suite/reviews): Offers centralized analytics across web, mobile, and social channels. Interested in whether its metrics translate into actionable improvements for retention.
