Experian Support Hub (UK)

Experian Support Hub is an innovative, free-to-use platform designed to empower consumers by enabling them to share their support needs with multiple organizations in a simple, standardized manner. Recognizing that an estimated 27 million consumers in the UK have support needs—ranging from preferred communication methods to specific accessibility requirements—Support Hub streamlines the process, allowing users to communicate their preferences efficiently and securely. Key Features and Functionality: - Centralized Disclosure: Users can share their support needs, such as preferred communication methods (e.g., letter, telephone, email) or requirements like longer appointments or assistance during interactions, with multiple businesses simultaneously. - User Control and Consent: Consumers have full control over the information they share, deciding which organizations receive their support needs and updating or revoking permissions at any time. - Wide Range of Support Needs: The platform accommodates various support requirements related to sight, hearing, mental health, dementia, and more, with plans to expand to additional domains in the future. - Data Security: Support Hub employs robust encryption and data security measures to ensure that user information is protected and used solely for the purpose of meeting support needs. Inclaria

Inclaria is accessibility software that automates audits and helps businesses comply with the European Accessibility Act, WCAG and RGAA. It monitors websites over time, generates public accessibility statements in 8 languages, and turns results into a clear, prioritized list of issues to fix. The statement generator and a homepage scan are free and work without creating an account. Inclaria never declares a site fully compliant on the basis of automated checks alone: it covers the measurable part of the work and documents what remains to be verified manually.

Inclusify

Inclusify makes a website usable for people with disabilities and gives the business the evidence to show it. It has three parts. The first is an accessibility widget that visitors use directly: more than 30 controls for text size and spacing, contrast, colour filters, cursor and focus, reading aids, text to speech and a virtual keyboard, plus six one-click profiles for seizure safety, low vision, ADHD, cognitive load, keyboard-only and screen-reader use. The widget runs in 71 locales covering 67 languages, with right-to-left support. The second is a scanner. It audits a site against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 using the full axe-core ruleset, either one page on demand or the whole site by crawl, scores it, and groups findings by severity. Monitored pages are re-checked roughly every day, so changes arrive as new and fixed issues instead of a fresh report to read from scratch. The third is reporting for whoever has to answer for compliance: a downloadable WCAG compliance report, a published accessibility statement including the EU model statement, and a VPAT/ACR draft. Findings can be filed as GitHub issues, exported to Jira or sent to Slack, and the whole product is available to AI assistants over MCP, so a developer can scan a page and check a fix without leaving the editor. Shopify installs as a theme app embed with one toggle. WordPress, Magento, BigCommerce, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Next.js, Salesforce and SAP each have a documented install, and anywhere else it is a single script tag. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) and the product is GDPR compliant. Inclusify does not claim that a widget makes a site compliant, because no widget does. The widget helps visitors immediately, the audit tells developers exactly what to fix, and where the fix can be made at the source, such as missing alt text in a Shopify catalogue, Inclusify writes it back. Invoset

Invoset is a third-party web accessibility scanning and monitoring tool built for US small and mid-sized businesses, e-commerce stores, agencies, and the attorneys who advise them. It checks public websites against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA, the technical standard that ADA Title III, Section 508, the California Unruh Act, the European Accessibility Act, and most procurement requirements reference for digital accessibility. Web-accessibility demand letters and lawsuits have surged year over year, with thousands of federal ADA web cases filed annually in New York, Florida, California, and Texas alone. Plaintiffs often look for sites that show no contemporaneous effort to remediate. Invoset gives owners a dated, repeatable, third-party record of WCAG testing they can use as evidence of good-faith effort. Reports are written so a non-technical reviewer, including opposing counsel, can read and verify them. The product runs scans in a real browser environment using an industry-standard accessibility rule engine. Sites are discovered through the sitemap, scanned on a recurring schedule (monthly or weekly depending on plan), and diffs are emailed when something new fails or an existing issue is resolved. Every scan is archived, so an audit-trail PDF can be exported and handed to an attorney, an insurance carrier, or a procurement officer at any time. Pro and Business plans add an embeddable monitoring badge and a public verification page that shows the current score and last-scan timestamp. Invoset deliberately avoids the overlay-widget model that has drawn legal and accessibility-community criticism. It does not modify customer sites at runtime, does not issue compliance certifications, and does not guarantee litigation outcomes. The product reports what fails, with specific, copy-paste remediation guidance per issue, so developers, in-house teams, and agencies can fix problems at the source. Pricing is flat and transparent: Starter at $49, Pro at $99, and Business at $199 per month in USD, with the first scan free and no credit card required to start. There is no annual lock-in. Invoset is operated by Ravencord Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, with subprocessors disclosed publicly and a Data Processing Addendum available on request.
