## About Invoset
Invoset is a third-party web accessibility scanning and monitoring tool built for US small and mid-sized businesses, e-commerce stores, agencies, and the attorneys who advise them. It checks public websites against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA, the technical standard that ADA Title III, Section 508, the California Unruh Act, the European Accessibility Act, and most procurement requirements reference for digital accessibility. Web-accessibility demand letters and lawsuits have surged year over year, with thousands of federal ADA web cases filed annually in New York, Florida, California, and Texas alone. Plaintiffs often look for sites that show no contemporaneous effort to remediate. Invoset gives owners a dated, repeatable, third-party record of WCAG testing they can use as evidence of good-faith effort. Reports are written so a non-technical reviewer, including opposing counsel, can read and verify them. The product runs scans in a real browser environment using an industry-standard accessibility rule engine. Sites are discovered through the sitemap, scanned on a recurring schedule (monthly or weekly depending on plan), and diffs are emailed when something new fails or an existing issue is resolved. Every scan is archived, so an audit-trail PDF can be exported and handed to an attorney, an insurance carrier, or a procurement officer at any time. Pro and Business plans add an embeddable monitoring badge and a public verification page that shows the current score and last-scan timestamp. Invoset deliberately avoids the overlay-widget model that has drawn legal and accessibility-community criticism. It does not modify customer sites at runtime, does not issue compliance certifications, and does not guarantee litigation outcomes. The product reports what fails, with specific, copy-paste remediation guidance per issue, so developers, in-house teams, and agencies can fix problems at the source. Pricing is flat and transparent: Starter at $49, Pro at $99, and Business at $199 per month in USD, with the first scan free and no credit card required to start. There is no annual lock-in. Invoset is operated by Ravencord Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, with subprocessors disclosed publicly and a Data Processing Addendum available on request.
