Zoho Desk Keeps Support Tickets Organized and Accountable

What I like best about Zoho Desk is that it gives our team a central place to manage customer support tickets, assign ownership, track status, and keep the conversation history together. The interface is straightforward, and the ticket views and workflow tools make it easier to stay organized as requests come in. I also like having a shared system instead of relying on scattered email threads, because it improves visibility and accountability across the team.
