Zenoti has been the most complete business platform we've used. The combination of the SmartBot, Web Store, advanced reporting, marketing tools, and client management has streamlined nearly every aspect of our operation. The SmartBot has been invaluable. Clients can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments on their own, which has significantly reduced interruptions and administrative work for our team. The Web Store has been extremely well received by our clients, and the overall client experience is excellent. Reporting is another standout feature. The level of customization and visibility into business performance, staff productivity, and client behavior is next level. It allows us to make better business decisions with confidence. The onboarding experience was exceptional. Ivorn from the implementation team was outstanding throughout the process. His product knowledge, communication, responsiveness, and willingness to help ensured a smooth transition. Having someone with his level of expertise guiding implementation made a tremendous difference, and he was a major factor in the success of our rollout. If I had one area for improvement, it would be the booking wizard on the administrative side. While the platform is extremely powerful, some booking workflows could be more intuitive and require fewer steps. Outside of that, the user interface is well designed and the system is packed with functionality. Overall, Zenoti has improved efficiency for our staff, reduced administrative workload, enhanced the client experience, and delivered a level of automation and business intelligence that we had not experienced with previous platforms.

It is very customizable to the business’ needs. The pricing is reasonable for the features that are available. Support is consistent and they have AI bots which can assist at any time. The performance is great
