We enjoy how robust Zenoti is compared to the EMR we were using prior. Zenoti is all-encompassing if that is something you are looking for. Our team loves Hyperconnect, Zeenie, reporting and how customizable most aspects of the system are. Our practice has also taken advantage of Advanced Marketing for recapturing patients without having to do any daily footwork. Due to how in-depth the platform can be, sometimes you will need assistance with creating something or fixing an issue. The customer support is quick to help and will continue to work until the issue is resolved. They will also allow you to make suggestions to add to the system to increase guest and user flow and efficiency. We also have had a great experience with our personal Customer Success Manager, Siva.

It is very intuitive and helpful for running the business on the back end and communications.
