Rivalry has been tremendously helpful for myself and our department. It allows me to keep track of every 1 on 1 that I have so I never lose my notes, or topics that we discussed throughout an Inside Sales Reps tenure. There are two items that I like best about Rivalry: 1. The comment feature on each question. It allows me to quickly and conveniently keep notes on all topics that we discuss during the 1 on 1. It is easy for me to go back and remember exactly what we talked about and what led us to that conversation. This feature is incredibly helpful. 2. The question bank. The question bank gives me a lot of ideas of different topics to discuss during the 1 on 1, making sure that the 1 on 1’s change each session (bi-weekly) and we always have new things to talk about. There are staple questions that I will always use, however the additional questions from the bank allow each session to be unique.

The automation that encourages my reps to complete their briefs, on time, enables us to stay consistent and productive with our one on ones and has been the biggest internal impact on our business this year.
