The system helps keep me accountable for holding weekly one-on-ones with each of my employees, and gives me a structured format to follow (a BIG help early on). We are a metrics-focused sales organization, so one of my favorite side benefits is the metrics tracking and visualizations in Rivalry. All the data flows over from Salesforce every 15 minutes, and gives me a near-real time view on # calls, meetings set, opportunities created, etc., all displayed in pretty graphs with target lines. Plus, it's super easy to use and our sales reps love it!
