WideAngle allows me to receive feedback on a regular cadence from the CRO at my company, This only takes a few minutes a week for each of us, but helps me identify what I need to work on and where I can improve quickly so that bad habits are eradicated. WideAngle has made me better at my job!

Even though I know the research behind what great management is, I frequently don't have the time (or greatest natural skill) to be a great manager. I tend to micromanage even though I try not to. I also can be perceived as being inaccessible. It's a frustration for me and my team. These are my personal shortcomings. Leadership in more natural for me. Management is not.
