Unifize brought our company into the modern age. We now use it for everything, and add new processes constantly. We have found that it is user friendly, easy to learn, capable of adapting to our needs, and has the best support team in the industry. In an industry that is typically not tech driven and with an older leadership group- the patience and willingness to work with us has been the real difference. I recommend this software and company to my friends and colleagues regularly.

Using the process builder to update and change processes on the fly is extremely helpful. Being able to track and link documents together so you don't have to manually keep track or hunt documents down took a lot off of the quality and compliance plates. The developers maintain contact throughtout the implementation and after implementation to ensure things are running smoothly, they are helpful and have answered any questions we've had in less than 24 hours, if we had a request to change something it was done within 24 hours. If you need a process that is outside the scope of a QMS you can build it yourself or work with the developers in getting it built. Overall this is an excellent piece of software and has really got things moving with our QMS.
