Unifize enabled us to move past using e-mails, Excel spreadsheets, and manual paperwork as a way of managing all of the major functions of a ISO and GMP compliant QMS - CAPA's, Change Controls, Quality Control of incoming raw materials and finished goods, and so on. Being able to centralize all of these ongoing conversations and the quality process in one place helped empower all participants in updating documentation consistently while drastically reducing in-person meetings, effectively greasing the wheels for the QMS to function much more efficiently. Prepping for both internal and external audits became significantly easier to prep for as all of these processes were linked together and customized based on the needs of our industry. It's also been a pleasure working with a responsive and compentent onboarding team especially when working to integrate more processes from our QMS into Unifize.
