I love how the customization options in the process builder allow me to fine tune the software to my specific needs, and the after sales support has been phenomenal. The team has been extremely helpful throughout the implementation process. The SharePoint integration is pretty neat too. The software is fairly intuitive so it doesn't take long for me to train new users within our organization. I was able to grant an auditor read only access during an audit as well and he picked it right up. We use Unifize every day to manage our calibration program, corrective actions, audit schedule, management of change, and much more. We plan on using it for all of our training, document control, and other QMS processes in the near future as well. Unifize has been one of our best moves yet in terms of managing our QMS. We've even used it for some non-QMS related processes too!
