Moving from an eQMS that was more of a document repository has helped us appreciate the collaboration that Unifize offers its users. Our team uses Unifize to document information about NC's, customer feedback, RMAs, and change control through the conversation pane each process provides, and the connectivity to other processes in the system has reduced our workload in the department significantly. Implementation of the system was strongly supported by the Unifize team, and we consider them colleagues as we continue to work closely together to best utilize the system. Our entire team ~ from sales to engineering ~ has learned to use the system effectively, both in the office and in the field.

As head of Quality, I also love that every employee in my company can access the system at no extra cost, unlike so many other solutions out there. This way, I can focus on an integrated Quality culture instead of an expanding budget. The collaborative chat platform at the core of Unifize has greatly improved our communication and workflow efficiencies by removing the need for meetings, emails, and hallway conversations for status updates and progress tracking. The Quality System that I can build with Unifize is really only limited by my imagination.

Earlier everything was on email—now all our marketing activities are tracked easily in one place with approvals and photos too. We’ve scaled from 300 to 1000+ campaigns in a quarter using Unifize! It’s just made life so much easier for all our stores.
