OTP, SMS, WhatsApp and calls from one API

We use Twilio in our app for pretty much all the communication stuff: OTP codes for phone verification and login, SMS notifications, WhatsApp messages and some voice calls. The best part is having all of it under one account and one API, so we didn't have to stitch together different providers for each channel. The docs are really good, with code samples for every language, so getting the first SMS or OTP working took very little time. Verify takes care of the OTP logic (code generation, expiry, retries) so we didn't have to build that ourselves. Delivery has been reliable and the logs in the console make it easy to see what happened to a specific message when a user says they didn't get it.
