I find Tropic to be a very intuitive system. My favorite feature is the ability to forward an email with a contract attached, allowing Tropic to ingest the contract, set up the supplier in the system, and use AI to pull out relative data points and prepopulate them in the system. It's really a light touch for me as the director of vendor management. The AI functionality for contract ingestion is very helpful, and I really appreciate its use for supplier intelligence, especially in benchmarking prospective vendors against others in the Tropic ecosystem. The initial setup was very easy, and Hannah Cody was a great partner in helping us with our implementation.

I have full confidence that we aren't getting taken advantage of by software vendors with Tropic. Their supplier intelligence helps us negotiate not just total costs but also payment terms to improve our cash flow. I like how Tropic negotiates on our behalf and has a robust approval workflow. Additionally, the initial setup of Tropic was easy.

I love that Tropic makes managing vendors a lot easier and more organized. The NetSuite matching feature is extremely helpful for us since our company uses NetSuite. I definitely appreciate the UI of Tropic; it's very clean, intuitive, modern, not cluttered, and easy to navigate!
