I like that the team behind Tropic is always very helpful. The software continually evolves to meet needs that we don't even know we have yet, which is pretty impressive. I find the benchmarking and negotiating by the Tropic team valuable, and the use of the workflows is beneficial for us. The setup was very easy, and we received great help from the Tropic support team.

I find Tropic to be a very intuitive system. My favorite feature is the ability to forward an email with a contract attached, allowing Tropic to ingest the contract, set up the supplier in the system, and use AI to pull out relative data points and prepopulate them in the system. It's really a light touch for me as the director of vendor management. The AI functionality for contract ingestion is very helpful, and I really appreciate its use for supplier intelligence, especially in benchmarking prospective vendors against others in the Tropic ecosystem. The initial setup was very easy, and Hannah Cody was a great partner in helping us with our implementation.
