I find Teamflect really useful for our teams, especially for performance reviews and teamwork. It helps us capture our quarterly or monthly reviews data effectively. The software itself is rather good, and I think all its functionalities like recognitions, feedback, giving each other goals, and reviews are quite comprehensive. Even our HR team, who are not the most technically inclined, found it easy to set up and configure. It seems to be working quite well.

I like how Teamflect keeps us more focused, helps us keep better track of progress, and makes colleagues accountable. It's really easy to use. It's also integrated in Teams.
