I really like how Teamflect seamlessly integrates into Microsoft Teams, which is a big plus for us since we use Teams as our official communication platform. This integration is valuable because it brings performance management and HR processes directly into the day-to-day workspace where people already communicate and collaborate. Instead of logging into a separate system, employees can complete reviews, respond to feedback, set goals, and participate in surveys within Teams. The initial setup of Teamflect was very easy, and the Teamflect team was available throughout the process.

I like how Teamflect removes disorganization at the management level for rocks and goals. It's simple and easy to use. We switched to Teamflect because of its integration with 365, which is a big plus. The initial setup was good, making the transition smooth for a company with around 400 people. This simplicity and integration make it very appealing to recommend it.
