As a solo practitioner, it has been exactly the phone service I was looking for regarding HIPAA compliance, keeping costs at a minimum, and auto responses. It is very easy to use.

I had some issues with confirming my business EIN and customer service was helpful in navigating that and communicating with me along the way. I love that clients can easily call me any time and the voicemail transcription is amazing. I use this daily with my work and am so glad to have found an easy to use platform that fits my needs!
