I love the ease of use! Its everything. Phone/fax/messaging system and we can all see whats going on in real time. 10/10 recommend!

I like that Spruce Health gives so much clarity on how to set up operations. It provides a lot of different options on how I can make it automated when someone contacts the company. The phone tree is really good, as well as the set time schedule on who would be contacted, based on the time of day, vacations, etc.
