Spruce Health is very easy to use for my small lactation consulting business. We do not use it for complaint messaging, just texting - and it helps keep us organized with tags and folders - so that no message gets lost.

I love that I never miss a call—whether I’m using the desktop version on my MacBook or the app on my iPhone. No matter where I am, I can access texts, calls, and fax. This has improved my workflow and allows me to quickly at a glance see the calls and messages. As a therapist, this is a must! Pricing is affordable. Support and onboarding were simple, even ported my existing google number so I did not have to change numbers. Another PLUS for me!

The functionality is there, you can probably do whatever you need to do while being compliant. The UI can be clunky at times. Things like editing someone's contact from the sms screen can take many clicks
