The ability to customise different studies is powerful, especially when I need to look for specific quantity surveys or studies. The interface is quite straightforward and easy to use, even without any required training. The tool integrations are very comprehensive, with most integration connectors available. So far, I haven’t had any bad experiences with performance issues or downtime.
