Sprig is highly connected to Slack and emails we receive regarding the studies we conduct. The app has always been fast and efficient in loading pages. In terms of pricing, I do not have access to this information, but the product's return is very high for product teams. The onboarding is effective with a very intuitive interface. The summaries provided by the AI are also very good.

I like how Sprig helps measure customer satisfaction using NPS and CSAT surveys. It reduces guesswork in product decisions with direct customer feedback, which is super valuable. The contextual survey targeting is great as it reaches users at the right moment, and I also appreciate how fast the initial setup of Sprig was.
